CARMEN: Communal Art – Reconceptualising Metrical Epigraphy Network CARMEN explores Roman verse inscriptions as an important manifestation of communal art in society. Our project helps to regain eminent body European folk-art tradition. The reconceptualisation this heritage em-phasises the diversity social and cultural performance. Carmen-ITN enables 11 doctoral students engage aca-demic research, issues knowledge transfer.
